Drive To Win Contest Rules

The "Drive To Win $1,000 Test Drive Giveaway" contest sponsored by Christopher's Dodge World, Inc and Christopher's Mitsubishi. To enter contest, entrants may visit Christopher's Dodge World to test drive an in stock vehicle and complete an entry form between the 1^st and last day of each month.  Contest begins October 1, 2014 and one winner will be drawn at random on the first day of each month proceeding. The contest will end at the discretion of Christopher's Dodge World and Mitsubishi. Winner need not be present at time of drawing but must visit the dealership to pick up the prize check.  No purchase necessary to enter or win.  Purchase does not increase odds of winning.  Entrants must accurately and truthfully complete entry form to be entered in drawing.  Information is subject to verification prior to award of prize.  Only one entry per household allowed per month.  Multiple entries disqualify entrant from giveaway.   Christopher's Dodge World is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, illegible, mutilated or have insufficient or inaccurate information, and reserves the right to amend these rules and/or modify scheduling of or discontinue the contest without prior notice One winner will be drawn at random from the pool of total entries each month.  Odds of winning are determined by total number of entries during that month.  In the event prize winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Christopher's Dodge World will select an alternate winner until a qualifying winner is drawn.  This contest is not open to Christopher's Dodge World employees and their immediate families.    A statement of the winner's name will be available after they have been contacted.  Winner must claim prize prior to 5:00 pm on the seventh day following announcement of the Contest winner.  This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.    Winner must submit valid proof of identity, sign an official waiver form and consent to have their name, likeness and image used for promotional purposes without further compensation.  Entrants must be 18 years or older and a Colorado resident to win.  Cash value of prize is $1,000. No second, third or other place prizes. Winner will be responsible for paying all associated income tax.  No equivalent or substitute prizes permitted. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Christopher's Dodge World relating to this contest.
